Welcome to 2G’s terrific dinosaurs.
We have been busy finding out about The Plague and The Great Fire of London. The children have been using information text to find out about the events of 1665 and 1666. They have been reading Samuel Peyps diaries and using other historical evidence to find out about the past.

In maths we have been adding and subtracting by partitioning numbers. We use place value cards to show the value of each digit.
We have also been using numberlines to add and subtract
ie 5 + 4 = 9
