Samuel Pepys tells king “more must be done!”

 

This half term Year 1 have been learning about the Great Fire of London. So far we have learnt how and where the fire began and who was Samuel Pepys. We are beginning another oral story in literacy, this tells of the events of the Great Fire of London. We are looking forward to seeing each others 1666 houses that are being made at home.  It will also be exciting to see how we get on making our own fire engines. 

                 Ours will be just as good as the real thing!
